CHAIN LOAD BINDERS

All traditional chain load binders are constructed of drop forged steel for strength and durability and were designed to be used with transport chain. They are available in traditional Lever, Recoilless and Ratcheting models, and are finished in a red E-coat paint. They meet or exceed WSTDA T-6 standards.

WARNING: FAILURE TO FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE AND LOSS OF LIFE. OBSERVE THE WORKING LOAD LIMITS AS NOTED BELOW AND ON TAGS TO DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF TIE DOWNS AND HARDWARE REQUIRED UNDER FEDERAL D.O.T. FMCSA 40 CFR PARTS 392-393. USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN TENSIONING LOAD BINDERS TO ENSURE CHAIN LINKS ARE SEATED SECURELY IN THE HOOK BEFORE RELEASE TENSION ON THE LOAD BINDER.

WINCH STRAP ASSEMBLIES

Ancra Winch Strap Assemblies combine heavy duty, wear and weather resistant latex treated polyester webbing with strong, dependable hardware to meet the demanding conditions of flatbed operations. Ancra straps meet DOT specifications and are tested for strength and durability. Meets or exceeds WSTDA T-1 Recommended Standard Specifications for synthetic web tie downs.

TRUCKER TIP

Cargo that is not blocked must have at least 2 tie downs in the first 10 feet and 1 additional tie dow for each additional 10 feet or fraction thereof. For complete information, refer to the FMCSA and/or Canadian regulations.

TRUCKER TIP

Putting a half twist in a tie down will reduce vibration and extend the life of the webbing.
