This buckle has a working load limit of 1,666 lbs, meaning that it can easily handle the general, everyday tie-down jobs that you encounter in the industry. We’ve engineered this tensioning device for strength and durability with a one-piece steel frame construction. Once attached to the strap and used to tension the webbing, the buckle rests on top of the webbing, which acts as a pad between the device and the cargo. This helps prevent the metal from scratching the surface of the load.
