2-Inch by 4-Foot Double-Ply Tapered Loop Eye-to-Eye Lifting Sling

With reinforced tapered loops and improved strength, Ancra's 2-in. x 4-ft. 2-ply tapered loop eye-to-eye lifting sling makes for an ideal lightweight alternative to chain and wire rope for lifting heavy-duty cargo. Made with strong double-ply polyester material, the lifting sling stretches less than nylon, resists moisture better, and has double the strength capacity of single-ply lifting slings while retaining light weight. An eye-to-eye design with tapered loops allows for improved choke hitches when securing cargo, and the loops have been reinforced at bearing points to increase durability. For even greater reliability, Ancra added a protective wear sleeve to reduce damage that can accumulate over time.

The 2-in. x 4-ft. double-ply lifting sling complies with WSTDA WS-1-Type IV Wrapped Bearing Point Web Sling standards and includes a visible blue polyester marker thread and industry compliant WSTDA tri-lingual sewn warning tags with a permanent placard affixed to webbing. The lifting sling has the following standard capacities for the three sling variants: Vertical: 6,200 lbs; Choker: 4,950 lbs; Basket: 12,400 lbs.
