An over-tensioned tie-down strap can prove to be disastrous for you and your load, so to help prevent that from happening, Ancra is offering our tension limiting ratchet assembly series E low-profile buckle strap with spring E fittings. This tie-down strap is equipped with our innovative tension-limiting ratchet buckle that is designed to tighten no more than 300 lbs. of tension. It will allow you enough tension power to hold down your cargo without going overboard.

Once the strap is installed in the series E logistic track using our durable and reliable spring E fittings, you can work the ratchet as you normally would. When the proper tension is reached, the handle automatically releases, and no more tension can be applied. Not even your strongest driver can apply anymore tension the strap.

Engineered with a working load limit of 1,333 lbs., this strap is manufactured using 20 feet of our heavy-duty yellow treated polyester webbing that offers maximum strength with minimum stretch. With our tension-limiting ratchet in place, you’ll no longer risk stretching out the webbing, keeping it in good condition throughout its lifespan.
