Ancra’s 5/8-in. x 13-ft. tow rope offers a reliable method of securing and recovering automobiles and light-duty trucks with strong materials and components that can be depended on for years to come. The 5/8-in. durable braided polypropylene rope is light weight and provides excellent resistance to UV and exposure to harsh weather elements. Steel hooks with safety latches help prevent the unit from slipping off the anchor point.

Made to be dependable, the rope can secure vehicles up to 3,500 lbs in weight and can be used for a variety of recovery applications. Extreme CAUTION should be taken when using any recovery strap. Place a blanket or soft material at the center of the strap to lessen potential snap back should webbing break. Stand clear of rebound path. Attach only to solid anchor points capable of carrying the load that won’t detach from either vehicle such as the axle, tow hook or clevis hitch. Never attach to a tow ball. Place stuck vehicle in neutral and begin with a rocking motion to break suction around tires before attempting to pull vehicle free.
