In order to start experience the ultimate in captive beam systems, you’ll first need to install our Lift-A-Deck II flanged double track. Built for durability, this narrow aluminum low-profile aircraft style cargo track offers robust performance for reliable handling and securement. This track is best suited for recessed applications.

Our flanged double track can be used with our logistic beams to double deck the cargo to save up space in the back of the trailer, allowing you to transport more cargo without risking the freight by stacking loads directly on top of each other. The beams can also be used for shoring applications, keeping your loads separated to prevent them from knocking into each other. When not in use, the beams can be stored at ceiling level and are retrievable when you need them.

Our track is designed and manufactured per Military Standard MS33601, using the same precision equipment utilized in the aircraft industry, and comes pre-drilled with a beam insertion slot for easy beam installation and removal. The Lift-A-Deck II flanged double track’s profile has mounting holes pre-drilled on 10.00-in. or 12.00-in. centers and is intended for use with 100° flush head blind rivets.
