Designed for securing bottled gases and other specialized cargo, Ancra’s gear drive tensioner with flat hooks features a patented gear drive design for improved control. With the gear drive design, the tensioner provides superior control to traditional ratchet buckles when tensioning the strap thanks to the ability to be locked in place every 1/28th of a spool rotation, and a worm gear self-locks against the back drive rotation for smooth and easy operation. A folding handle locks the gear system and tension when folded over, and a magnetic detent holds it closed.

The gear drive tensioner with flat hooks also features high-quality polyester webbing for reliable performance that will last for years, while tough flat hook end hardware on both sides of the tensioner add durability and make it easy to secure to anchor points. With a working load limit of 3,333 lbs., the gear drive tensioner makes for an ideal tie-down solution for securing bottled and specialized cargo.
