With high rust protection and a compact design, the low profile double L track 7-mm. X-Treme Zinc sliding web winch is optimal for securing heavy-duty cargo and taking on tough road conditions. With high-quality steel construction, including a seamless, solid steel mandrel and high-strength alloy pawl pin, the sliding web winch can take on a wide variety of heavy cargo. Smooth ground web slots in the mandrel protect your webbing from abrasion and can help save you money down the road on replacement straps. A 7-mm. design provides a lighter weight of 2 lbs. per winch on average to help you save on fuel expenses and/or increase your payload, while the materials have been heat-treated to retain high strength. A low profile design allows the winch to be installed into tighter spaces, and the X-Treme Zinc finish is our highest performing coating against rust and corrosion. The X-Treme Zinc finish can withstand up to 720 hours of harsh sodium chloride, calcium chloride, and sodium bicarbonate testing cycles, and during testing, the X-Treme Zinc finish produced a mere 1% of rust across the entire winch while the black powder coat produced five times as much, the black e-coat ten times as much, and the zinc plating sixty times as much

The low profile double L track 7-mm. X-Treme Zinc sliding web winch can be easily installed at any position along either side of a flatbed trailer frame with Ancra L track for easy access. The winch locks into place on the track as soon as tension is applied to the webbing. With a working load limit of 5,500 lbs, low profile 7-mm. design, and X-Treme Zinc finish, the sliding web winch makes for a dependable and convenient solution for tying down heavy-duty cargo.
