Ratcheting 7-Millimeter Sliding Web Winch

The ratcheting 7-mm. sliding web winch combines efficiency and toughness with its ratchet system and heat-treated materials for a high-performance tie-down. The 7-mm. design allows for a lighter weight of 2 lbs per winch on average for a reduction in fuel costs and/or greater payloads, while heat-treated components like high-strength alloy pawl pins and a seamless, solid steel mandrel maintain toughness. Smooth ground web slots on the mandrel protect your webbing from abrasion, saving you money down the road on replacement straps. The ratcheting system allows the user to work more efficiently since the winch bar stays in the winch throughout the tensioning process, reducing tensioning time up to 33% and minimizing the risk of winch bar rollover. With a durable black powder coat finish, the winch is well-protected against rust and corrosion and can withstand up to 250 hours of standard salt spray testing.

The ratcheting 7-mm. sliding web winch can be easily installed at any position along either side of a flatbed trailer frame with utility track for easy access. The winch locks into place on the track as soon as tension is applied to the webbing. With a working load limit of 5,500 lbs, ratcheting system, and 7-mm. design, the sliding web winch makes for an efficient and sturdy solution for tying down heavy-duty cargo.

The ratcheting 7-mm. sliding web winch is compatible with the following Ancra track: 42357-11; 42357-21; 49242-10-120, or equivalent.

Ancra winches comply with DOT, WSTDA-T3 and Canadian Standard 905 regulations.
