Our Retract-A-Roll II rolling floor system is built rugged, using pneumatics from the truck’s existing air supply for support. The steel top plate protects the unit from wear due to consistent forklift use, and the aluminum bottom reduces weight. All parts of the system are easily accessible for inspection and repair, so your Retract-A-Roll II can last for years to come.

Retract-A-Roll II rollers take less than 15 seconds to raise and allow for fast operation, while they can be easily and quickly replaced by removing the spring clip. The flanged roller opening helps prevent debris collection in the roller cradle, reduces clean out requirement, and increases the stiffness of the top plate. The rollers are strong and can handle weight up to 250 lbs./113 kg. per 2-in. roller. The exclusive safety interlock protects cargo from damage by lowering the rollers when the vehicle brakes are released should the rollers not be lowered by the operator after use. Industry-standard DOT fittings and 3/8-in. air lines are used throughout the unit for reliability, serviceability, and for reduced cycle times.
